What time does each event start and finish?
Gates open at 4pm on Saturday June 1st & at 3pm on Sunday June 2nd. Live music takes place across both stages until 11pm. DJ’s host the After Party which has very limited capacity from 11pm ‘til late.
What times will each act be performing?

Can I attend for one day only, or all weekend?
Yes ….. and yes! Please see the ticket types blow:
Weekend Tickets – June 1st & 2nd - €70
Saturday Tickets – June 1st - €35
Sunday Tickets – June 2nd - €45
After Party Ticket Add Ons
Saturday – June 1st -€5
Sunday – June 2nd - €5

What is the venue capacity?
Only 600 audience members get to experience the music up close and personal each night! You might say this is an exclusive event ….. but that implies pretentiousness, which we aren’t!
Where can I park?
There is NO parking on site at Raheen House for the two days of events. There are a number of free car parks within five minutes of Raheen House that we encourage ticket holders to avail of. You can view these on the Map here.
There is also sufficient public parking and street parking in Clonmel within 5 minutes of Raheen House.
What if it rains?
“Lá deas a bhí ann. Ní raibh scamall sa spéir. GO TOBANN...”
This is an outdoor event. In Ireland. It will take place in the event of rain. There is limited shelter onsite.
Please dress appropriately for the weather, be it raincoats or sunhats. Be prepared!
I have a question about/need help with my tickets.
Please see Eventbrite’s help centre.
I booked tickets for my group and we’re arriving at different times – can I transfer tickets to each individual?
Where possible, try to arrive together! You will be scanned through quickly and diving into festivities in no time.
While it is not possible to transfer a ticket from one account to another, you can edit your order information to put your ticket under someone else’s name and email address (if you see the option). This does not remove the ticket from your Eventbrite account, but the new attendee will receive an email prompting them to claim tickets when you save the change. If you had tickets purchased on your behalf, you won't be able to log in and update the information on the original order. The original ticket buyer needs to perform the transfer in this case or contact the event organizer for assistance.
In all instances, our box office staff and volunteers will be on hand to assist with reasonable requests and assistance. But keep in mind you are one of 600 people!
I don’t have a ticket, but want to look around the grounds - can I come in?
No. Nice try, but you must have a ticket to access the site.
What are the toilet facilities on-site?
Portaloos/cabins are available on-site for all ticket holders! Accessible toilets are available just beyond box office. Please ask a member of staff at box office.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
No, please & thank you. Food and drink will be available to buy from a number of vendors including Raheen BBQ, The Oven (vegetarian) and My Street Food. Teas & coffees and water will be available to buy, and we will have two fully stocked outdoor Heineken Bars!
I am a wheelchair user/have mobility issues. Are there provisions in place for me?
Music is for everyone. We have accessible parking and accessible toilets onsite. While the site itself isn’t the most wheelchair friendly, we will do everything we can to make your experience a fun and comfortable one. For additional questions please contact Kate at hello@whennextwemeet.ie Each person will be assisted discreetly and with sensitivity.
Do I need to bring I.D.?
Yes please. This is an over 18’s event. Security is placed at all entrances. They’re lovely, but/and they’re also excellent at their job!
